How was the show? Anybody out there with a laptop?
I like the song selection, especially:
Jack Straw, Black-Throated Wind, Liberty, Two Djinn, and U S Blues.

I'm not really into Grateful Dead cover bands but I thoroughly enjoyed the show! The first five numbers of the set totally rocked, Big R/R was BIG FUN. Haven't heard that one live since Jerry sang it. A real nice acoustic Blackbird and an over-the-top Hard Rain. Liberty cooked, what a totally nice surprise. And Days Between continues to grow with Weir's vision, the song structure remaining the same. The only tune I don't "get" yet was Two Djinn, but it takes awhile for Weir tunes to sink in. Great show! BTW was not played.....

....may I add, that as a long time deadhead, i know we all got tired of hearing U.S. Blues, but this was the most perfect song to hear for the encore, the day after July 4th(Ratdog did not play 7/4). Wave that flag, and they did on stage!
